New Jersey Municipal Matters and Traffic Tickets
We represent clients in a variety of municipal court matters.
This includes motor vehicle violations such as:
- Speeding tickets.
- Careless driving and/or reckless driving.
- Passing a school bus.
- Leaving the scene of an accident
- Driving with a suspended license.
- Passing a stop sign.
We will meet with you, review your tickets and charges, obtain and review the necessary information from the prosecution (called “discovery”), file any appropriate motions, and appear in court with you. Often, we are able to enter into a plea agreement with the prosecution. If that is not an option, we will have a trial before the Judge who will be hearing the matter. If necessary, we may consider filing an appeal of any decision.
See also:
- Driving while intoxicated (DWI).
- Driving while under the influence of controlled dangerous substances, such as cocaine or marijuana (DUI).
We also handle non-motor vehicle cases, including:
- Housing code violations.
- Assault and battery charges.
- Parole violations.
- Shoplifting charges.
- Juvenile court matters.
